Hi, I'm Olivia.
I live in Berlin, Germany.
My first love is a project called Blot. While I was working as an esthetician in Santa Cruz, California, I started repurposing the remaining eyelash glue from my sessions into abstract, vivid, space-like art. I became completely consumed by my Blots and the intricacies and originalities of each piece.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was blessed with the time and health to learn a new medium: beaded jewelry. With a love for abstract art, I started using beads to create smaller versions of wearable art. The dedication and time I've spent on this project is what gave me the creative freedom to move to Berlin in December 2020. I dedicated this work to my Oma, who passed away in 2016. She used to bead in her later years and I was always inspired to learn after admiring all of her work. Ohma Beads is forever changing and I love the challenges it brings me everyday.
I also love to dabble in acrylic paints, leather works, image transferring techniques and alcohol ink.
I am teaching jewelry and art workshops locally in Berlin, and also available for custom orders and collaborations. Get in touch below!
